Drs. Sanders and Schoner are excited to attend the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) 104th Annual Meeting from January 5th-9th in Washington D.C.

The Safe Streets team will present the findings from NCHRP 17-97: Strategies to Improve Pedestrian Safety at Night at Lectern Session 4049 on Wednesday, January 8th at 10:15 AM.

Here are the highlights from the rest of our schedules, in case you’d like to find us at the conference:  

  • Monday, 10:15a - 12p, Rebecca will attend the Pedestrian & Bicycle Safety Analysis Subcommittee meeting

  • Tuesday, 8a - 12p, Jessica will be in the Bike Committee meeting

  • Tuesday, 1:30-5:30 pm, Rebecca will present highlights from our research to improve pedestrian safety in darkness (NCHRP 17-97) during the first half of the Pedestrian Committee meeting

  • Tuesday, 3:30-5 pm, Rebecca will be at the ITE Safe System Leadership Roundtable
